Company-provided data, including names and email addresses, and responses to questions are processed, reviewed and aggregated in the United States by the Compliance and Ethics Leadership Council™(CELC), a division of The Corporate Executive Board® (CEB). Survey respondents are guaranteed that CEB will:

  1. not disclose personal information to a non-agent third party or use it for another purpose besides the purpose for which it was originally intended;
  2. obtain written contracts from Agents that they will safeguard personal information;
  3. take reasonable precautions to protect personal information in its possession from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction;
  4. only utilize survey responses in ways that are compatible with the purposes for which the information was originally collected, including creation of company specific reports and ongoing research by CEB;
  5. grant the ability to correct, amend or delete information that is demonstrated to be inaccurate or incomplete while the survey window is open;
