Classroom activities require application of concepts and skills to real-world business projects and challenges that participants discuss with their managers.

Functional Relevance

Content of each Academy is specifically tailored to each function and incorporates surveys of business leaders, best practices research, and feedback from previous Academy participants.

Skill Retention

Sessions appeal to different learning styles (25% lecture: 75% discussion and application) and provide practice opportunities using case studies, role plays, and reflection activities.

Peer Learning

Room is divided into peer groups to maximize networking and feedback opportunities and to allow participants to learn from and teach each other.

Delivery
