In order to create participant cohorts and peer groups with the appropriate mix of attendees, the Academy will finalize the compositions of these groups four weeks prior to the start
of Session One.
Below are the open cohorts for each Academy. If you are interested in attending and/or enrolling your staff in an Academy below, please contact us to let us know which cohort you would like to join.

Cancellation Policy: Subsequent to enrollment in the Academy, selected participants cannot postpone their attendance to a later class. In the event of a scheduling conflict, session materials will be made available to you upon request. Alternatively, substitutions are permissible if you are unable to attend a particular session - we ask that your Executive Sponsor (the person that sponsored your participation) select the substitute participant.
