This webinar replay reviews the Corporate Executive Board's findings from a survey of almost 5,000 employees on the key drivers of Insight IQ within large organizations. We look at how effectively organizations use information and analytics to drive decisions, how comfortable employees are at conducting analysis, and how their Insight IQ can be improved. The webinar shows that while efforts to make information accessible and useful are critical, they are not sufficient to guarantee the success of an analytics initiative. Without improvements in employee capability as well, the likelihood of success is only 27%.
