Tom Monahan oversees CEB’s nearly $1 billion in annual revenue and a staff of 4,000 global employees who deliver insights and actionable solutions to the markets they serve every day.
Tom has served as a member of the Board of Directors since 2001, as CEO since 2005, and as Chairman of the Board since 2008. As part of the company's leadership for more than 15 years, Tom has helped redefine how the world's leading companies make their most important decisions. By tapping the collective experience of and analyzing performance data from more than 10,000 companies, CEB has created authoritative insights and highly relevant management resources to help companies manage talent, innovation, and risk.
The firm has been one of the fastest growing professional/information service companies globally throughout the past decade—growing revenue and profit nearly fourfold—and has become one of the most respected authorities on talent and performance management issues.
During his tenure, Tom has led the firm's efforts on a wide variety of topics, including innovation and technology processes, operating and reputational risk, the structure and role of the financial sector, and employee productivity and performance. He has also partnered with CEB's service and advisory teams and members on six continents to drive outstanding corporate performance using CEB insights and tools. He is a member of the CEO Fiscal Leadership Council, the Economic Club of Washington, the Young President’s Organization, and serves as a Chair for Leadership Giving for Harvard University. Tom also teaches Sunday school at St. Patrick's Episcopal Church and—along with his wife and daughters—is active in causes that facilitate the participation of women and girls in economic life globally, notably Women for Women International and Girl Rising.

Rob Chen has global responsibility for developing and leading the strategy and execution of CEB’s marketing, including product and channel marketing, market research, brand development, thought-leadership marketing, public relations, multi-channel demand generation, and sales enablement.
Rob brings a strong track record of marketing leadership and general management experience to CEB, with deep experience leading global teams in large and small business segments and across a range of industry sectors.
Prior to joining CEB, Rob was Senior Vice President of Product and Channel Marketing for First Data Corporation, where he transformed and implemented go-to-market strategies for numerous product innovations. Rob also held a number of executive roles with Visa Inc. both before and after its IPO, including Head of Global Client Strategy, Head of Commercial and Processing Marketing, and VP of Small Business Marketing. Rob has also held senior management roles in several leading technology companies in Silicon Valley, including Head of Worldwide Marketing for Siebel CRM OnDemand at Siebel Systems (now Oracle), where he helped launch and drive the rapid growth of this business unit, VP of Marketing and Alliances for Edge Dynamics (a venture-funded startup). In addition, he was an early employee at Salesforce.com. Rob started his career in consumer packaged goods as a Brand Manager at Clorox with P&L responsibility across several brands in the home, cleaning, and food categories.

Price Jett leads the Global Technology, Content Publishing, and Information Resource teams for CEB. He has overall responsibility for both internal and client-facing technologies around the globe.
During his tenure, Price has also served as a leader in CEB’s Finance Practice, serving CFOs globally. While there, Price was responsible for creating knowledge management tools to help the Executive Advisor team serve our membership.
Prior to joining CEB, Price was Managing Partner at Cambridge Technology Partners. He served as Country Manager for the firm’s South American operations out of Sao Paulo. Price was responsible for the firm’s knowledge management and large engagement methodologies. He also designed software for the Aegis Cruiser and Destroyer class of automated battleships, coding algorithms for guided missile systems.
Price holds an MBA from Cornell University and a BS in Physics. He enjoys reading, traveling, and telling stories to his children.

During her tenure, Melody has overseen the growth of CEB’s professional services business, which provides development experiences for emerging leaders and increases functional effectiveness. She has also used CEB’s tools and insights to implement several best practice innovations in human capital management and ethical leadership, structured the global technology delivery system for effective and efficient service delivery to members and CEB employees, inaugurated the firm’s global philanthropic initiative, and redesigned the new product development process. She spearheads initiatives designed to ensure that the values of the firm are embodied in each employee around the globe.
Prior to assuming her current position, Melody served as the Human Resources Director for T. Rowe Price, a global investment management firm. In this capacity, she had overall responsibility for the Human Resources function. Prior to joining T. Rowe Price, Melody spent eight years at Aon Corporation, a Fortune 50 insurance brokerage and consulting company, serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer. She joined Aon as head of the Midwestern Regional Office of Aon Consulting, and also assumed responsibility for the HR Strategy and Technology consulting practice. Melody also served as a senior consultant with Organizational Dynamics, Inc., and held several leadership positions in a six-year tenure with Citicorp Mortgage.
Melody holds Master of Fine Arts and Bachelor of Music degrees, both from Southern Illinois University. She has also completed post-graduate work in Organizational Psychology at the University of Missouri. She enjoys traveling, cooking, and competitive ballroom dancing.

Jesse Levin oversees Corporate Strategy & Development and is responsible for growth strategy development and execution globally, including strategic planning and project management, new product platform and market expansion, mergers and acquisitions, post-merger integration, strategic alliances, and corporate venturing.
During his tenure, Jesse professionalized CEB’s corporate planning, new product development and M&A capabilities, and led over 20 acquisitions and venture investments across all of the firm’s major domains and geographies. His efforts transformed CEB’s global operating scale and positioned the company as a leading provider of human capital analytics. Previously, Jesse served in various roles in the Office of the Chairman & CEO, New Product Development & Management, and Strategic Research at CEB.
Jesse serves on the Board of Directors of Payscale, LegalOnRamp, TASGroup, CorpU, and 9Lenses.
Jesse received his bachelor’s degree in Leadership Studies from the University of Richmond and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School. Outside of CEB, Jesse enjoys competitive swimming, sport fishing, and helping start-ups.

During his tenure, Rich has partnered with the Corporate Leadership Team to develop long-range operating and capital allocation plans that drive sustained growth of enterprise value. As chair of the investments and acquisitions committee, Rich provides strategic, negotiating, and financing guidance for M&A transactions, including the $660 million purchase of SHL Group that increased annualized revenues by 38%. He focuses his energy on improving CEB’s global operating performance, ensuring effective investor communications, optimizing finance and real estate operations, and enhancing risk management processes. Rich also serves as the senior executive liaison to the Audit Committee of the CEB Board of Directors.
Prior to joining CEB, Rich worked at Sprint Nextel Corporation as Senior Vice President and Treasurer. He also served in various positions at Nextel Communications, Inc., including as Vice President and Treasurer and in Planning and Analysis roles. Rich held the position of Vice President, Finance, at Pocket Communications, Inc. Rich has also held positions with MCI Communications, Deloitte & Touche, and Casher Associates.
Rich earned an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia and a BA in Computer Science from Dartmouth College. He enjoys golf, skiing, tennis, and playing guitar.

In this capacity, Haniel leads a global team of researchers and Executive Advisor™ employees who identify best practices from the world’s most progressive companies, architect actionable solutions proven to drive bottom-line results, and convene senior leaders to collectively address and overcome management challenges.
Prior to his current role, Haniel led the Sales, Marketing, and Communications and Financial Services practices, where he was instrumental in bringing business-critical insights to market. Under his direction, CEB published the Wall Street Journal best-selling book The Challenger Sale and, more recently, The Effortless Experience—both lauded for challenging conventional wisdom and shifting management paradigms. He originally joined CEB as the Managing Director of the New Product Development group and later also led CEB’s Solutions business.
Prior to joining CEB, Haniel was Vice President of Business Development and Strategy at LYTE, Inc., where he developed the business and operating model, led partnership development activities, and raised capital to support the growth of the early-stage company. Prior to LYTE, he spent a number of years as a consultant with McKinsey & Company, providing counsel on marketing, strategy, operations, and organization design issues for leading companies globally. Early in his career, Haniel worked with GE Information Services on software applications development, product marketing and management, and technical client support.
Haniel graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania and holds an MBA from the Wharton School. He enjoys spending time with his family, especially on great ski vacations and international travel.

Robert Morgan oversees CEB’s SHL Talent Measurement worldwide, which offers science-based assessments, benchmark data, technologies, and consultancy services to help organizations assess, select, and develop the right people for the right roles.
During his tenure, Robert has served as Vice President of the Americas business, Chief Marketing Officer, and Chief Customer Officer. Prior to CEB’s acquisition of SHL, Robert was instrumental in transforming the company’s go-to-market strategy; his efforts were acknowledged by industry leaders through multiple rebranding and repositioning awards. Robert also spearheaded the global Talent Measurement growth.
Robert's experience spans all facets of the Human Resources market, with over 30 years of senior talent management experience. He served as Vice President of HR for Office Depot and ran the Employment Solutions business (including the outsourcing and consulting divisions) at Spherion, a global staffing and recruitment company. Robert has also served as President of The Saratoga Institute and President of Hudson’s Recruitment and Talent Management Business.
Robert has been an advisor to Brass Ring, The Florida Governors' Council for Workforce Initiatives, and the John J. Heldrich Center for Workforce Development at Rutgers University. He has also been a member of the Advisory Board for HR.Com's Leadership and Quality of Hire boards.

Bill oversees the North America sales and service activity for CEB's Best Practices Decision Support and Professional Services offerings, as well as global commercial operations.
Bill joined CEB in 2014 from Relationship Science LLC, a science-based analytic firm in the sales and marketing space, where he served as President. Prior to Relationship Science, Bill was an Executive Managing Director at Standard and Poor’s where, in his last role, he managed the Equity Research Services business unit. Bill joined Standard and Poor’s with the acquisition of Capital IQ, where he had served as Executive Vice President and led the firm’s revenue generation, client development, and marketing efforts.
Prior to Capital IQ, Bill was a Director at Sapient Corporation, where he was a leader in the CRM practice. Early in his career, he also held roles at Gemini Consulting and The Forum Corporation.
Bill received a BA from Amherst College and an MBA from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. Bill enjoys studying history, travel, and any kind of sport.

His commercial organizations partner with C-suite executives to helpthem to drive disproportionate business gains by more effectively optimizing talent investments, identifying and reducing risk, and enabling and accelerating growth.
In this capacity, Anthony is responsible for ensuring CEB is globally relevant and connected to what the best companies do irrespective of business culture or background. This includes prioritizing markets and investments, ensuring strong relationships with CEB members, and building effective partnerships and links across countries and clients. He is passionate about connecting leaders across EMEA and APAC with actionable solutions proven to drive bottom-line results.
During his tenure, Anthony has been instrumental in growing CEB’s global business. He joined the firm as Executive Director of Corporate Strategy and Global Development, with responsibility for CEB’s global corporate strategy (including all avenues for organic and inorganic growth), and also ran CEB's Professional Services businesses. In his strategy role, Anthony led a deeper focus on business returns from effective management of talent, including leading the acquisition and integration of global talent assessment and analytics leader SHL, now CEB SHL Talent Measurement. He previously served as the Chief Operating and Customer Officer for that organization.
Prior to joining CEB, Anthony held leadership positions at IBM, Forrester and Datamonitor. At all three organizations, his focus was on driving international growth. In his time as General Manager of Datamonitor, he oversaw a 59% increase in profits and a 50% growth in share price at Forrester, he led turnarounds to re-establish growth in both EMEA and APAC. Throughout his career, Anthony has led numerous efforts to re-align or accelerate overall go-to-market strategies and drive the associated changes necessary for success.
Anthony received a First Class Honors Bachelor of Commerce from the National University of Ireland, Galway and a Diploma in International Management from EM Strasbourg Business School. In his personal life he is busy trying to hit his century club of countries visited and enjoys traveling lesser-beaten paths, hiking, swimming, and reading voraciously while on long flights.

Kurt Reisenberg leads CEB’s Finance, Legal, Risk & Compliance, and Strategy & Operations Practices as well as the firm’s research operations in Gurgaon, India. His research and advisory teams equip leaders with the insights and tools to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of their functional departments and, by doing so, create unique value for the enterprise.
In this capacity, Kurt oversees 18 Leadership Councils designed to help member executives tackle critical challenges, including: assessing, developing, and managing top-decile talent; managing and mitigating risks; providing business insight through deeper analytics; building a culture of integrity, quality, efficiency, and innovation; responding to new accounting and compliance mandates; communicating effectively with stakeholders such asinvestors, Boards of Directors, and regulators; and optimizing processes such as the accounting close, strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
In India, Kurt oversees more than 100 researchers who conduct data analysis, document best practices, and create tools in service to the global memberships of all Leadership Councils.
Kurt has advised hundreds of member companies during his tenure at CEB. In addition to his experience in his current set of practice areas, he authored several foundational studies on wealth management, insurance, and retail banking for CEB's Financial Services practice and was instrumental in transforming CEB’s account management approach for strategic customers.
Kurt graduated with honors, magna cum laude, from Brown University. He is an avid musician with eclectic listening tastes, and enjoys tennis and spending precious hours with his family.

In this capacity, Warren oversees business, product, and commercial teams that drive innovation and client outcomes across CEB’s broad set of talent offerings, including selection and assessment, talent planning and analytics, workforce surveys, performance management, and development.
During his tenure, Warren has worked with thousands of executives, in 30 functional roles to unlock the potential of organizations and leaders by advancing the science and practice of management. He has overseen CEB's HR, IT, Sales & Service, Strategy, R&D, Operations, and Government practices; he continues to lead the firm's Global Research Office. Warren has been instrumental in building and supporting teams that can identify, create, and distribute scalable IP to be distributed across CEB's member and client base. Warren’s teams have created numerous frame-breaking research studies, including Driving Breakthrough Performance in the New Work Environment and The Future of Corporate IT, and launched new SaaS platforms such as Roadmap Builder.
Before joining CEB, Warren spent over 10 years with Oliver Wyman (then known as Mercer Management Consulting)—the last three as a Senior Partner running the firm's San Francisco office. At Oliver Wyman, he concentrated on developing customer-focused corporate strategies across numerous industries.
Warren received his MBA from the University of Chicago and his BA from the University of Pennsylvania. He enjoys photography, sports, and watching his kids grow.
