Accelerated Innovators Program (AIP)
AIP is a two-year program designed for a select group of high-potential staff members, to help accelerate their professional development, and to further the growth of targeted CEB business areas. Participants in the program participate in a variety of structured learning experiences, and also lead project teams that focus on various firmwide challenges or opportunities.
CEB Scholars
Each year, CEB sponsors a select group of individuals in their pursuit of graduate degrees. Tuition and basic costs associated with obtaining these degrees are fully paid by CEB, on behalf of the Scholar. Upon graduation, these staff members return to the firm to reengage in their long-term career, apply their newfound knowledge and skills, and promote further CEB growth.
Mentoring Program
Mentoring is a vital component of professional development across CEB. The Mentoring Program connects staff members at more junior levels of their career with mentors who are outside their direct reporting line. These mentors have more experience with the company and are committed to furthering the professional development of our newer staff members, many of whom go on to become mentors themselves.
