"Working in research at CEB has provided me with more personal and professional development opportunities than I could have imagined. I was amazed at the beginning of the internship at the amount of direct contact that I had with member organizations. From the very beginning, I could see how my day-to-day work helped members. I never expected a Chief Learning Officer to call me to discuss a project I had worked on for someone in his organization. But when he did during the fourth week of my internship, I was ready!

CEB’s unique culture has provided me a professional experience in a fun and supportive environment. While many of my friends went to work every day hating their internships and being forced to do only administrative work, at CEB I was able to work in a young dynamic environment which was engaging and enjoyable. My friends from school were shocked when I explained to them that I was spending the summer doing the exact job that I could be doing after graduation. The intern “label” doesn’t exist at CEB as it does at other organizations."
