Facilitator, CEB Leadership Academy
We are searching for a Leadership Academy Facilitator to lead skill-building sessions with high-potential functional executives. This individual will facilitate two-day sessions designed to teach specific business skills to our members. CEB currently offers skill-building in the areas of HR, IT and Finance.
Responsibilities of the position include:
- Teaching business skills to high-performing high-potential functional executives from large organizations
- Facilitating skill development through interactive classes and learning exercises
- Developing new application exercises to reinforce skills and test learning
- Assisting students in understanding and applying concepts in their business context
This person must be able to call upon extensive knowledge of business practices to provide examples of concepts in practice and facilitate effective discussion.
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
- 7+ years work experience required in either business strategy, finance, consulting, law, or teaching
- MBA or graduate degree in Economics or business related area preferred
- Experience teaching Finance, Corporate Strategy or related topics in a University setting
- Exceptional Communication skills including both written and oral communication; Listening skills are critical
- Demonstrated expertise in lecture, group facilitation, and discussion management
- Superior interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Demonstrated poise and grace under pressure
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed to ensure achievement of group goals and service to our members
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
