Healthcare/Medical
lWe currently The Corporate Executive Board currently offers a choice of two medical plans through CIGNA. The Consumer plan option offers coverage at 90% for in-network services and 70% for out-of-network services. The Traditional plan option offers coverage at 90% (most routine care covered at 100%) for in-network services and 60% for out-of-network services. Both plans share the following benefits:

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) let you set aside pre-tax earnings to pay for a variety of out-of-pocket expenses. Corporate Executive Board offers the following FSA plans for its staff:

The group legal benefit provides affordable and easy access to local attorneys who will provide you with a variety of legal services including but not limited to will preparation, name changes, preparation of mortgages, identity theft, and estate planning.

The Corporate Executive Board plan allows you to put pre-tax wages into a retirement savings account, and CEB will match a portion of your contributions. Benefits of participating in the 401(k) plan include:Corporate Executive Board is pleased to offer an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for all staff members, their immediate families, or other members of their immediate household. The Corporate Executive Board has made arrangements at several top fitness facilities in the Washington, DC area. Spouses and domestic partners are welcome to join. Emergency Back Up Day Care allows CEB parents to use a space at a nearby day care facility for those times when your own day care provider is unable to care for your child(ren). Bright Horizons is CEB's provider of choice. This benefit is 100% employer paid.
