Here at CEB, we love to recognize our staff, and have a firmwide award structure in place to do so. On an annual basis we award those staff members who in that year best personify our two core firm values: Force of Ideas and Spirit of Generosity. Staff receiving these awards typically demonstrate leadership for research innovations with new products or services and demonstrate leadership in service innovation and the willingness to “go above and beyond expectations.”

We also offer other awards for great performance, including The John Stockton Award for Great Assists and The Rubber Tree Plant Award for Persistence in Pursuit of a Goal. These awards are entirely peer-nominated and presented at an annual ceremony in front of the entire staff.

In addition to the firm-wide awards, individual departments and team members recognize each other through our Gold Star Program and other department specific awards.
