Sales Executives
As a Sales Executives, you will have the opportunity to present
and discuss cutting-edge strategic issues with an executive-level
audience of the Global 4000. Main responsibilities include establishing
new member relationships through a consultative selling process and
management of the sales process through the attainment of quarterly and
annual revenue goals.
Associate Director, Content Delivery
The
Associate Director of Content Delivery is the entrance point into the
Content Delivery community. The Associate Director of Content Delivery
acts as a dedicated resource to our membership and is committed to
providing superior service to our membership. Our goal is to construct
and execute service delivery plans to our member institutions and
present our research findings in working sessions with our members.
Account Director, Member Services
The
Member Services Account Director (MSAD) holds ultimate responsibility
for negotiating and transacting membership renewals. By partnering with
other functional leaders within the company, the MSAD jointly diagnoses
members’ service needs, develops annual service plans, and implements
member-servicing strategies. Across time, the MSAD will manage the
working interactions with approximately 125 member institutions. MSAD
cultivates working relationships with senior-most functional leaders to
provide customized, targeted, and timely delivery of our research
products and services. Toward the end of an organization’s membership
year, the MSAD initiates discussion with these primary contacts to
secure membership renewals.
Consultant, Strategic Research
Strategic
Research Consultants undertake intensive analyses of cutting-edge
strategic and governance issues facing senior-most corporate executives
today. The work entails dissecting problems using qualitative and
quantitative research and analysis skills, inductive and deductive
reasoning, abstract thinking, and root-cause analysis. They possess the
ability to distill insights into concise and compelling written reports
that provide best practice lessons and recommendations for the entire
membership and are expected to fluently present and interpret their
work in one-to-one interactions with members. The ideal candidate will
also be entrepreneurial and welcome management opportunities for staff
development, project management, and product leadership.
